SickFem Open Decks is now hosted every other Sunday at Sickhouse. We open our doors to every women, we set up the DJ gears and we let you do the work! Experienced DJ Vanity Roxane, from The FemDem is here to support you, and of course you are here with each other. 

The entrance is free, we'll be discussing the possibility of a donation. Starting in June we will host workshops + live event, your input is welcome. 

We will have 2 tables ready, you are free to walk in at any time.

Sickhouse Welcome to live acts looking into the edges of sounds. 

 (FR) is the personal project of Ludovic Gerst, artist, musician and composer. refining the instrumentation to the bass alone. A sound rooted in both experimental and minimalist

was born in 2018, from an exploration of the instrumentation of his bass alone or in collaboration with different artists, dancers for performances, before the release of his first LP album, Bisou Genou end of October 2021. Since this first album, he has been performing all over Europe.

Everything comes from raw textures, a noise, a note… like a voiceless chant trying to come to life, to cast itself out of a body, out of a mouth, out of this page, this bass. Hit, stroke, hijacked, refined to only itself, this instrument becomes both melodic and rhythmic, turning into percussion, letting through other voices, other breaths…

For love, promises, keep sakes of grief. Millions of ways to go shape your beliefs. Laying pipe in your assets, may providence shed your leaves. Bitter Expo; arcane band of thieves.

If you’ve been to Queerdoh you might recognize them instantly. But not only from there, maeve is making a name for themselves in ánd outside of Enschede!


The non-binary singer songwriter who makes alternative indie pop will present their new single, “relax, just relapse”, in an intimate setting in our Sickhouse Cinema! Together with songs you might already know of them, the concert will take about 45 minutes. Get cozy on one of the bean bags or the cinema chairs, and listen to these dreamy songs with serious messages.
