Stitching to resist
Stitching to Resist are discussion and embroidery sessions to discuss social and women related matter while creating a collective meditative work. Embroidery is the craft of decorating fabric or other materials using a needle to apply thread or yarn. But embroidery is also a meditative practice that can carry political meaning.
For this last session before the summer break, we are hosting the evening without a specific topic, we'll follow the thread you feel inspired by.
We have the material for embroidery, coffee and tea. Donations are welcome.
